What is the factor to decide what ships we use? Do we have to be promoted to get a better ship, or can players start right away in a battleship, etc?

you will start in a little 2 man indian war canoo

and then you have to earn rank and promotions to get better ships, the rest of us starts with Destroyers

so other words im starting out with the canadian navy?
