The handbook of Tides of War

Tides Guide

How Tides of War works: our community principles, rules, policies, traditions, and the people who helped build the community.

Community first. Games second.

About Tides

Tides of War is a gaming community and club, not a clan site.

Tides of War (ToW or Tides) is an independent gaming community founded in 1999. We exist for people who enjoy games, teamwork, conversation, history, and helping other members — not for any single game or franchise.

Tides does not cover every game produced. Our community follows the games our members are interested in and play, with an emphasis on shared multiplayer experiences and long-lived friendships.

All registered members of the Tides of War website are part of the TOW Community. Members can participate in community activities, help one another with gaming and technical questions, and carry Tides forward as games change.

Members helping members, the Tides Community way.
