How the heck do I force an enemy sub that's 110m down up to the surface when I'm right next to it?

I tried sending fishsticks at her but I sunk my boat in the process.... crybaby:

Just circle the area m8 and not over the top of the sub (when they come up they

may have a nasty surprise for you lol).

They have to come up for air so its a waiting game

I did that for an hour and got tired of it. There's gotta be an easier way!

Definitely a waiting game....ya gotta be patient. submarine warfare is NOT for the impatient.
