Voice Command Doesn't Work For Torp Boat?

If I use spectator view to control the torpedo boat, how can I launch the fish by voice command? I tried all possible commands, never worked.

fire port, fire port one, fire port topedo, fire port topedo one, launch.........

never never worked on me
