if you can play the final cutscene then it is completed and should work, im kinda out of ideas right now, its bedtime, has been at work all day long :/

I fixed the problem, for some odd reason when I installed the Custem Mission Editor, and then put the cheat files it is caused some kind of error. A fresh install and redo fixed it all up.
