My disk was shattered yesterday, is their a way to get a replacement without buying the game again?

Yes. The box should have some instructions for disc replacement. If you can't find it, head to the Dreamcatcher forums and either directly email one of their guys or post on the forum there. Free replacement is generally part of the deal.
