Do PT boats run out of fuel? .... if they do how long can they last?

I ment does the AI pt's ever run out of fuel, could you chase one and eventually catch it cos its fuel has run out?

Yes and they can leak fuel aswell ( i think )

I was going to mention that, but it seems every time they leak fuel, they're soon imitating Richard Pryor running down the street at night.
