Demo File Is Corrupt

The demo that is available from the main website doesn't work. The zipped demo's data1.cab is giving CRC errors. I've now downloaded it on two different machines off both ftp servers with all the same results. I've used Winzip, Winace, and WinRAR to attempt to install the demo with no luck.
Is there a 'good' copy of the demo available?
