Nothing Is Working

Hey Guys,
I have done everything I know to do to get this game running and nothing has worked. I have tried the ert_fix.exe, the StarForce Clean.exe, un-install, re-install countless number of times. All I get are ERROR, "I have an unofficial disk". When I run the ert_fix.exe I get, "No installed protection drivers found to update", what does that mean?
This is a great game, but it's not worth all these troubles. I would rather throw it in the trash than have to go thru all this.
And yes, I have tried entering both the CD-Key from the back of my cd case and the one off of here and those don't work either.
I know it's not my system, my system runs Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter at almost all of it's highest settings, actually just 2 settings that I turned down myself because I didn't like the way they looked. And I rum MSFS 2004 at all high settins with about 10 add-ons to, with no problems at all. This is the first time I have ever had any problem running any kind of game, and this is not the first one I have run with some kind of protection software.
All of my drivers are up to date, I update once a week (or at least check once a week). My CD is not scratched to hell and back (I have worse looking CDs that load right up, E:RT is actually scratch free).
So what are my options here?
