Suggestion - Multiplayer Related

has anyone ever played Navy Field? well in multiplayer enigma (when it comes out) it could be a sort of thing where you earn points of sorts whether it be points, credit, prestige whatever really. but this would stop people only getting the good ships or have a level system where you require a certain level to get certains ships/subs
