Hey Guys

First i want to say thanks for a great forum to assist with this great game.

I'm in a bad way.

I've read on the forum about changing depth of torps. But I can't locate any button AB or C on any ship that will let me do anything.

I run silent and never get pinged, change my depth to throw them off. They get within spitting distance, then two ping and boom. Depth charges get me.

Also I've read on the forum about patches.

My version of the game is 2.5 1021. Built Oct 21 2002

Would I benefit from any patches or the gold patch?

Yes, you will want to patch all the way to gold.

I will get a screenshot for you showing where the buttons are.

In most cases, A = Map, B = Torps, and C = Depth Charges

I'll look for that screen when i install the patch.

Right now there is nothing in my version that looks like that.

Only controls for torps i have are on the tach scope, or the icon on the bridge.

You wants to grab the gold patch only, if you have applied any other then you need to un-install ERT and redo the install and only apply the gold patch.

Oh yeah, I forgot that the gold is the only patch you need.
