I created space for 20 missions to create but when I got into the game the custom mission folder did not even show up in patrols and the campaigns didn 't even work. Is their a limit on how many missions you can create?

there is no limit...however the system is very sensitive to improperly formatted files, missing files, etc. You did create blank mission files for each one you registered yes?
