Can No Longer See Torpedo Contrails!

What's wrong?! I'm playing surface campaing and could always see the torpedo contrails. But something is wrong now! I can NO longer see the contrails!!! I've reinstalled the game but no result!!! Contrails DISAPPEARED!!! Can't evade the torpedoes - I just can't see them! What the hell?! Can anyone tell me?

Videocard - GForce MX400 (Abit siluro actually)
Videodriver - Windows XP Pro default
Game Version - 1.0.37
Not patched
The issue is that the contrails were to be seen, and from some point disappeared.
I recall that that probably took start from gamma adjustement made by me but I'm not sure.

Version 1.0.37? Thats old, where did you pick that up?

http://www.nvidia.com and grab the 66.93 driver

I've had this game for quite a long time, but not playing it.
I guess I should try to download and apply the patches, right?

No you wouldnt do that, the patches are for version 2.x only!
Since you have v1,0.37 you should have recieved a free copy of the retail

Can i just pass on a bit of knowedge about the Geforce MX card....i had one of these up until last week then i bought MOH Pasific Assult...it does not run on the MX series....so i had to go out and buy a GeForce FX 5700 LE.
Just incase you was going to pop out and buy the game..
